  • Monthly financial statement completed
  • Bill and collect association containment fees
  • Monthly payment of association bills
  • Begin collection procedures against delinquent accounts¬†¬† (Have liens filed as necessary by attorney)
  • Provide financial data for IRS and state tax forms
  • Provide year-end financial statements
