In addition, the condo and HOA accounting services cover preparing monthly financial statements, billing and collecting association fees, making monthly payments for association bills, initiating collection procedures for delinquent accounts (including liens if needed with legal assistance), providing financial data for tax forms, and preparing year-end financial statements.

Management Services Include

  • Regular Property Inspections
